To begin with, we have a lovely sun hat complimented by a pink ribbon and pink flowers. Next we have a very jaunty white cap with a lovely matching bow. This picture doesn’t show it very well, but this cap is also sparkly^^; It has a rather sixties look to it.
This next hat is actually a very pale grey. It has a pink bow that is set off with rhine-stones. This hat is very twenties. We then have a black cap. This one was given to me by my sister, and I absolutely love it! Newsies anyone?
Everyone needs a fancy hat, and this is mine: turquoise with matching bow set out with rhinestones. And then girl needs a lavender cap.
Two knit caps in red and brown for every day (though most of my hats are for every day.
Here are my two winter hats. My black velvet cap I got my freshman year of college. It has been a great investment! I just found this brown corduroy floppy hat with a bow that will be perfect for when I don’t want to wear black.
Here is a red cap that is a bit more fancy. I like it:) The second cap is a bit hard to describe. It is a cap with metal on one side. But as far as color goes it is almost a patchwork – cream, brown, rust. Very nice with jeans.
Finally, this fancy hat is fun. It is a lighter fabric than the turquoise and is black with white pinstripe.
This collection may seem a bit large in this day and age. Few people wear hats any more regularly. A person might have a hat to wear while working in the yard or maybe a hat for their favorite sports team. There is a reason I have so many hats. I have alopecia areata. Basically, I am allergic to my own hair. If you would like to read about my journey with this disease, you may follow along here.
